About the Position

As a group manager within Property Services at Riksbyggen, you will play a central role in leading and developing one of our teams in Stockholm. Together with your employees, you will ensure that our customers – condominium associations, property companies, and commercial property owners – receive services in cleaning, gardening, property management, and maintenance delivered with high quality.

In this role, you will combine personnel and operational leadership responsibilities with customer-oriented and administrative work in a social and varied role with many points of contact. You will work closely with both customers and employees, plan resources, ensure that contracts are followed, and create a safe and efficient work environment.

In addition to leading and coaching your team, you will also be a Riksbyggen board member in one of our condominium associations, which involves evening work approximately once a month. You will report to the delivery manager and be part of their management team, where you are expected to contribute with your expertise and commitment to the unit's common issues.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 10–15 employees within property services
  • Be responsible for work environment, resource planning, staffing, and work distribution
  • Ensure that services are delivered according to agreements with high quality and customer satisfaction
  • Budget and result responsibility for the group as well as responsibility for driving variable sales according to set goals
  • Collaborate with the delivery manager in budget work and operational planning
  • Handle administration and invoicing as well as registration and follow-up in our systems
  • Calculate and prepare offers for extra services and additional services
  • Work closely with managerial colleagues, customer representatives, economists, and property managers to ensure good customer care

Who Are You?

We are looking for a confident and engaged leader with a natural ability to motivate and develop your team. You have a professional demeanor and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, create structure, and at the same time be part of the daily operations. We also see that you are driven, have a good sense of order, and work in a businesslike and customer-oriented manner. With your social and communicative skills, you build strong relationships, both internally and externally, and you have a good understanding of what creates satisfied customers and a functioning workplace. You are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and enjoy working in an environment where changes and new conditions are part of everyday life.

To succeed in this role, you have relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. You have at least two years of experience in leading staff and taking responsibility for budgets and results. Expert knowledge in property management, cleaning, or gardening is not a requirement, but experience in similar areas is seen as an advantage. We also value experience with commercial properties. You have good administrative skills, are used to working in different systems, and have a financial understanding. Since the position involves travel between different local offices and customers, a B driver's license is required.
